(sorry I originaly posted in wrong area, moved to here) My 2015 RZR 900 trail has ~3200miles on it. Note, this does have a TAS-03 secondary. Running stock size tires but have upgraded HP a touch.

I've never done any clutch work but starting to get clutch issues. Mostly noticing belt burn ( can really smell it) and slippage. This is especially true when stopped in gear. . I also find it's difficult to shift out of gear when stopped. Newer belt (but fully broke in.)

What types of things should I be looking at doing to figure out what I need to repair

If your secondary clutch is rotating at idle, clutch alignment is a potential problem. In addition, excessive wear of either primary or secondary clutch needs to be investigated.

Thanks for the help. For me it was the primary. I slapped in a new (rebuilt) primary clutch and it fixed up what I needed.
