Price this "S" Model

I found one of the few 2010 models within a 200 mile radius of my house. I am not sure who manufactured the doors or the free runner bumper. It will come with the stock S wheels instead of the sand tires. What is a fair price for this zero mile 2010??

The paddles are staying at the dealership and it will come with cast aluminum wheels with the Bighorns. They are going to deliver it for $13700 out the door.
