Power questions???

I just installed a Trinity Racing exhaust, fuel programer, and an intake on my rzr, I like the way it sounds but I have a few questions. Has anyone fooled around with a Trinity fuel programmer, if so where is the sweet spot???? Should I do any clutch work since I added the exhaust and intake?? I am running a cage, bumper, skids , sliders, 26 inch tires, and I always have a passenger.
