Post Your Clutch Setup! If you are running a good clutch setup that WORKS! post it here: Please tell us, Year and Model of RZR, Tire Size and Model, Engine Mods, Engagement RPM, Top Speed and RPM, Elevation where you ride, Above 3K or Below, Please list each component if you know or list the Brand and Part # of the "Kit" you are running. Some of these setups my work for you if your RZR is setup close to a Posters Listed Setup, or it May not. This List is simply to share info or provide a starting point for clutch mods. Please only post clutch setups in this topic, other posts or remarks will be removed.

Helix# Stock S 66-56-33 but with added EBS Notch.

I have Engine Braking System, (EBS): Yes: I added Engine Barking system using a 09 S hellix with EBS notch bought from Team industries (79.00) This can only be added to a 2010 if you purchase a 09 style secondary clutch.




My Opinion on how this setup compares to Stock:

I now have a harder hitting clutch that pulls harder and i also now have Engine Braking which no 2010 rzr has standard.

Motor Mods: MCX stage 1 turbo kit (80rwhp prox)

Engagement RPM: never looked

Top Speed & RPM: 63mph & stock rev limiter

My Setup, Brand or Company: MCX adjustable weights, EPI belt and springs

Come on guys, list your clutch setup that works for you so others can benefit. If you dont know the # number of your springs, list the color and i can most likely tell you.

it ripps off the line a has a awsome pull up to about 50< going to try adding more weight in the middle

What is your total gram weight, 71? I ask cause the adjustable kit DD sends out most times has a initial weight of 52grams before adding bolts and washers. That would make youre's 69.

My Setup, Brand or Company: Dirty Dawg Performance Complete 09 Setup: Adjustable weights, upgraded springs, new secondary and helix.

Primary Weights listed in Grams:

Weighed them with a gram scale that is accurate to the tenth.

Base Weight = 51.4g

Bottom Weight = 12.6g

Middle Weight = 3.6g

Tip Weight = 3.9g

Total Weight = 71.5

My Opinion on how this setup compares to Stock

It upped the initial target RPM from 55-5600RPM to 6000RPM. Better engine braking over the stock 09. Seems to upshift and downshifter a lot harder.

My Opinion on how this setup compares to Stock: Launches MUCH harder (leaves 30ft. on dry pavement), jumps to 6000 RPMs & pulls better all the way up to top speed, no top end loss, couldn't be happier!!

My Opinion on how this setup compares to Stock

primary spring will have a second color mark, example red w/white mark is stock S, DDP mostly ships his kits with a RED w/green and black marks and a lime green w/silver mark secondary.
To be determined soon:devil3: then ill post results with weights and springs!!! I just have to wait for Fox to revalve my shocks :rollfinger:

I think this setup is getting closer.... pulls hard and quick to 6100rpm.... then takes a while and it climbs to 6600rpm. Top speed of 64.5mph at 6600 rpm. I'd like the top rpm's to be around 6400rpm and a top speed above 65mph.

great! but one correction, the lime green with silver secondary spring is rated at 125-190, the 105-165 is the stock 09 S red spring rating.
