So my buddy put a z1 engine in his rzrs . But i think two stroke is the way to go . Don't get me wrong his z1 is bad to the bone . But i want two stroke . So what sled would you guys go with in the two stroke world . I think the fusion 900 from polaris is the best bet . Because the power it puts out and the size and the intake and exhaust ports . The best part is there is a turbo kit for it already .

Two stroke would be cool. They are small, light, powerfull, and cheaper to rebuild. But I do think a pull start rzr would suck though. Also the exhaust would be a little tricky. Oh and by the way, the Z1 has a turbo on it already!:ride: Good luck.

Get with the guys at cutler performance they used to make some wicked engine combos for that engine. I used to ride the exact sled that came out of and they ran damn good in stock form. I actually still got some cutler clutch weights in the garage for a stock engine if your interested. In stock form you want it shifting right at 7500 rpms.

Dang I was hoping to be the first 2 stroke rzr on record . I'm going to use the pull rope for now . I don't know if the electric start will fit if it is any longer it won't . Matt i would love to see some pics of your rzr . I can't wait for that good ol 2 stroke smell and sound .

Top speed with the current clutch setup is about 90. I've taken it to the sand and it was good. It would have been great if I had bigger and more paddles on my tires. I was going to get some until I found out that they were going to be around $900.00 for the paddles I needed. That being said, it pulls hard, even straight up a dune! It's nice hitting a jump and being able to control the take off and not always just nosing down off a jump.

On pavement it will smoke the tires and then start pulling the front tires off the ground as it gets traction! Tons of torque which isn't really what I was expecting.
