I have a 2014 RZR 800 with about 1800 miles on it. When I grab the front driveshaft, it seems to have too much play. What do I do next? Are the u-joints rebuildable? Is it difficult to remove the driveshaft?

The yokes wear bad also. So check them carefully they may need replaced.

Just replace them. Driveshaft removal isn't difficult. You Tube it.
Careful not to bend the driveshaft u-joint yokes when pressing the old one(s) in/out.
The videos on YouTube help but I found out taking the passenger side axle out made it slide right out.

Yes.
You need to pull the seats and center console.

Also forgot to mention. Not sure if the 14 has the same u joints but I think it's the same. Use moog 338 u joints from auto parts store. They fit perfectly and are greasable. I have a 12 800 and I ordered a few online and they didn't fit good. The clips would no go in. Went to store and got the moog 338 u joints and they went in smooth and perfect.
