For the third time it shut down and wont start.the last time check everything changed solenoid, resister ,battery took ignition toi dealer to check,found chafted wires going from ignition to computer repaired worked,two weeks later same thing won't start. ( Crap) searched again sent it to dealer he said harness was full of sand acted like sandpaper stripping three wires ,he said has never seen it before.I'm in Nova Scotia we have some sand but nothing like the west coast. Oh yeh dealer charged $1400 (wtf)worked great drivin along and it shuts off (pissed)

Fixed! The red wire from solenoid to motor were it goes over chassie wore through and blew EFI fuse!best thing is i. Found that on the first shut down and covered it with rubber and tape but the so called pros must not have liked my ******* fix!
I'd be having some words with the owner/general manager of the dealership, or else the Polaris regional rep for at least a partial refund.

If they didn't fix it and you paid w credit card. Call credit company and tell them that you want a refund. They will ask if you tried to work it out with the dealer first so if you mentioned it to them and they didn't fix it then thats good enough usually. I had to do this with a car stereo installer when I was a kid. They tried to hose me. Got 80% back.
