Sounds like if you get a recording, you are making a phone call. From what I understand, they do correspondence via email only.

 

You can try to find the phone number for Bandit shocks by searching for it online, checking their website or social media pages, usually companies always write numbers to contact them. Companies try to make their number known to as many people as possible, while ordinary people try to hide their real number. I don't use my real number anywhere, but I take a free number for verification. Thanks to this, I am sure that I am safe.
