What year? Not all of them had battery power to buss bar from the factory.

I had unhooked the hot wire and dropped it on the ground causing an arc and sparks flew. Now no power on that side of the busbar

 

That should have the power ran to the buss, it has an inline 200 amp fuse, located under the rear seat floorboard in a 4 seater and similiar area in a 2 seat car.

 

Yeah, I e found where it is but not sure how to get to the actual fuse to check it

Found this on PoPo accessory page. Seems to me its what you need to power up the buss bar. I could be wrong.

Looks like you have the harness. I would disconnect the + from batt and check continuity of wire from batt to buss bar. (dvom on ohms)

I’m not sure how to do that? I apologize but I’m by no means any kind of mechanic or electrician.

Do you have an ohm meter? disconnect the buss bar battery positive wire from battery. Make sure the meter is on and on ohms. one meter probe on batt end, other on bar end. If meter needle moves or digits show, you have continuity.

Enjoy the new ride! Lots of info here to get you familiar with it. Time to start a tool box for basic testing and repairs. For starters, learn to take the belt cover off and remove and install the belt. Also, look into what rollers are on the secondary clutch. If they are square, replace them. But that's a whole new can of worms. Have fun!

 

Thanks! This isn’t my first RZR. I’ve changed the belt on my first one a 900 s. I’ll have to look into the rollers. One day....lol thank you for your help. I’m sure I’ll need it again someday soon
