Picked up a 2021 RS1 in december, 680km on it, or so they said.

Our season doesn't start until April ish. ya i know a lot of you winter ride, i aint one of them:)

So idle hands leads to buying crap you don't really need. and that's what i have been doing.

One thing the prev owner did is swap out a few things with his 2018 RS1 that he uses for racing and i didn't know, he charged top dollar for a low mileage un molested RS1 so that's what i thought i was getting:(

when it got home.

One of the things i was sure i wanted to do was arched a-arms, being in canada trying to buy anything for the RS1 is a pain , no one stocks anything, and it seems the aftermarket is not making much anymore as well, tree kickers is an example.

so i ended up ordering ORB lower arms from Dig Rig Powersports since i was ordering an adapter i was hoping to use to snorkel the belt exhaust from them anyways.

I eventually get them using a reshipper to get them into canada at a reasonable price.
put aside a weekend, take apart the front, press out my ball joints and press them into the ORB arms.

go to install on the machine and i spot this, someone at ORB pressed the metal sleeve in crooked and sent them out anyway.

So there is no way i am installing that so i better take it apart and see why it looks like that.

Just wow.

Send an email with pics to Dig Rig, they forward to ORB . and ORB blames it on me, saying there is no way they did that!

Lucky for me Dig Rig is stand up people and are sending me a replacement bushing in their dime.

and just want to say FU Off Road Beast, i will trash talk your stuff to anyone that will listen for the rest of my days.

Had i for what ever stupid reason decided to take apart a brand new a-arm bushing, then reassemble it like that i would have sent an email saying I messed up, please let me know cost for a bushing.

Shout out to Dig Rig. they stand behind what they sell.

i am doing more stuff, i got a crap ton of stuff from SuperATV still to install. keep posting?

Hello, welcome to the forum!

Can you share some photos and information on your windshield wiper?
Sorry, I tossed it, the wiring was very cheesy, it came apart in my hands when trying to undo the connecter.

its a plastic/poly windshield anyways, i would not have installed a wiper on that in the first place.

Got a SuperATV flip windshield to install later anyway.

That is crazy ORB wouldn't take responsibility for that. Not cool. Not sure what the previous owner swapped out on you but it looks like a nice machine. I've never gotten the chance to drive one. They look like they would be a blast to drive.
Ya, i am so annoyed with them as a company, i am thinking of selling them on at a loss and ordering the L&W arched arms like i should have in the first place.

Prev owner swapped the primary, secondary clutch for sure and the belt, the guy even swapped the hardware, meaning there is a c-clip on the secondary that should not be there and is a dead giveaway of the swap.

Front right shock was leaking from the top, since i could not trust anything now i had to pay to get them all looked at and new seals installed. suspension place said that a lot of wear for 680km.

Check out Teixeira Tech arms. They are chromoly vs L&W's DOM. Both companies have great customer service. I have Teixeira A-arms and L&W radius rods.

Think i found the last new in box rock sliders from polaris in stock, from amazon of all places.

going to have a friend who builds roll cages add a tree kick out bar to them, lots of tight woods running in Ontario.

Based on a comment on SuperATV website about the HMF bumper working with their high clearance boxed arm i ordered both.

In what way could they be spaced wrong? not having a go at you, just used the parts they came with and the bumper in place of the plate.

Heading to the garage tomorrow, will take a closer look at it.
I can't see it too well from the pics you posted. I assume there are spacers that are installed to give the radius rod clearance to prevent rubbing the frame. I doubt that's your problem, Just covering the bases. No intent to offend.

Maybe it can be drawn together with the mounting bolt ???

none taken:)

drawing it in would put stress on the lower mounting bolts and frame, i thought about heating and bending in, but that would angle the upper mount plate, no i think in the end a good strong spacer is all that will be needed.

the Boxed arms are a lot thicker then the stock arms.
