New RZR on the Horizon?

We are about 30 days away from the dealer meetings and the release of the 2014 model year.

Polaris has been unusually quiet this year. Wonder what they have up their sleeves?

Will it still be called a RZR?

Will it be a redesigned engine?

Will it be over 1000cc?

Will it be a narrower large displacement model?

Your thoughts?

I heard it was a new 2 seater RZR with an updated multifuel jet Engine and transmission. 3 Colors to choose from and will be available in 50" and 64" wide. It will have The smoothest ride of any atv/utv out there today. They say it will be called The RZR "B2F", Which means its a hovor RZR and the "B2F" means "Back 2 the Future"!!! A HOVER RZR, Go anywhere!!. Again, this is just what I heard....

HO engine in all the XP's and a couple more colors.

That should be a winner with QE diff and power steering. I still dont like the heat from the mid engine design. Cant wait to see one in person and check it out.

depends on what your trying to compare. Speed, comfort, handling, performance, and if you want a machine for sand, mud, rock crawling,ect...Sorry but The XP does not have it all!!! Neither do the other machines. Everyone tends to get it in their head that its all about top speed. If its the fastest machine it MUST do it all then and it must be the king dingaling!! More to it than that.

From what I see on can am, they don't call fox and ask their permission to put the fox sticker on Chinese junk shocks and springs. If I'm not mistaken the rear engine utv is patented by polaris, so the others have to make the best of it. If polaris does surprise me, I will be purchasing whichever fits me the best in the fall, but it won't ba a current xp or s.

The quad with the roll cage has been spotted at a couple of places in AZ so that is probably on the Horizon. Good luck with that. I am hoping that they redesign the current XP engine or move up to one of the snowmobile engines. Unfortunately we will get the "HO" sticker and a molten orange paint scheme. I hope I am totally wrong on the cosmetic side.

a replacement for the 800 is probably what you will see, maybe all 900's will have the Jagged X motor upgrades, and a better 570. no need to shake up the world, just make something that is good better? how about better bearings? how about better bushings in the A arms? Those would be two things that would go a long way with the people on this forum that bitch so much about wear items...

If this continues it will be the Polaris Wrangler...

I remember when "Sea-Doo" were small nibble and fun...now there all massive 3 seat boats

It would be nice to see the 570 in a s model

They are not eliminating the 800 engine. They already released the 2014 LE models and the 800 S models are still there. My only question is why did the eliminate the XP badge on the 900. It is known now only as the RZR 900. Does that mean theirs a new XP coming?

I'm thinking new bigger motor, because at work we make motor parts for Polaris and have been getting sh*t tons of orders rushed lately for internals. And ya it definitely has to be a new motor because Polaris came in a few months back with their engineers doing tests on this part. So I guess we will see
