Just made the jump from a Rhino to a 2012 800 rzr liquid silver. I'm pretty happy so far. I put on 27" Zillas, pro armour dors, half windshield, front brush bar with 2x55w lights, roof and a-arm guards. It looks pretty sweet.

The biggest mistake I did with my Rhino is lift, chip and pipe it... Snaped axles and the exhaust was way to loud and virtualy made zero difference. If I did the same with a rzr, would expect the same results? What do you think?

RacerTech 2" lift and 1.5" wheels spacers and you should be good to go on clearing those 27" zillas. I've read that exhaust on the RZR makes more noise than power...

No intake problems, but I've already snorkeled it, and I run an Outerwears on the snorkel. I check the filter pretty often and haven't found any dirt getting past the filter.

Put a uni filter on it and it will be fine. Racertech lift is the best if you have to have one. A arm guards and or skids is probably more important of you clear your tires fine. The exhaust is basically just there to sound good. Sounds cool at idle. The stock exhaust sounds OK with the spark arrestor removed. Doors next, you will really like doors on it. The after market for the rzr is truly endless. Welcome to the obsession.

Lifted my 09 3" and running 27" zillas. Done when it was new and have yet to have any axle issues. You can pipe it without re-programming for most sytems. I'm running a big gun eco pipe with no controller. Sounds way better than stock and did give it little more grunt (along with clutching, etc). Throw the stock intake away and get a utvinc or something similar. I could never keep crap out of the stock one. Luckily checked often and nothing ever got by the filter but why take the chance? Next mod for me is figuring out a stealth snorkel for the belt. Want to get it up higher but still needs to be hidden. Illegal on the trails here in MN if 6" over stock and big fine if you get caught! You'll love the doors and other stuff. No end to accessorizing these things. Enjoy you're new ride:)

Do you guys recommend the racer tech 2" lift and wheel spacers or maybe something like the highlifter springs to lift it? Also, wheel spacers or buy wheels with a different offset? Of should I get 1.5" longer a arms in the front and 1.5" spacers in back? I wanna do it right the first time...

That extends it forward 1.5", not out. I personally kinda like the deep dish look on the right wheel. Yeah you probably want it a bit wider. Then you can start taking your sway bars off. Check out the ltr/yz shock conversion thread. Your stock springs will be worn out in 200 miles, and the stock shocks are about the cheapest ones possible.
