So...we are going to make some new sizes that will be out in 2015 and we think everyone will be just as stoked as we are about them:

27x9R12(14) & 27x11R12(14) Growler BG2.5 XOR - arrive January 17
30x10R14 8PR Growler BG2.5 Uber XOR - due in May

30x10R14 Rocker BG2.5 Uber XOR 8PR - no ETA yet

28.5x10R12(14) Maddog Rex Uber XOR - no ETA yet
28.5x12R12(14) Maddog Rex Uber XOR - no ETA yet
30.5x950R14 8PR Maddog Rex Uber XOR - no ETA yet

30x10R15LT/UTV Growler XOR A/T Extra DOT legal - available now

The BG2.5 means simply that it is a new line of Growlers that we have designed in Whole Sizing (26") versus 1/2 sizing (26.5"). It really has nothing directly to do with the ply-rating. It just so happens that the 25", 26" and 27" Growler BG2.5s are 6ply-rated, but I will put them up against anyone's 8ply-rated tire any day...and let's just see which tires can take the most amount of abuse.

Our 30x10R14 Growler BG2.5 is an 8ply-rated tire...and thus will have the Uber designation on it. Uber meaning 8PR with EXD (extra deep) rim guards.

So it will be a 30x10R14 Growler Uber BG2.5 8PR tire.

All tires have the Extra Deep Rim Guard (EXD)
UBER means - 8PR with the EXD
XOR - Xtreme Offroad Radial
BG2.5 - whole sizes (27) versus 1/2 sizes (27.5)

Hopefully we are making sizes that people want...because we know that our tires are top-notch in terms of performance and quality. These tires will be healthy sized and excellent pricing.

The 30x10R15 Growler AT/E DOT legal is in stock and retails for $198

What do you think of the idea for a 30.5x950R14 Maddog UTV tire? Should we do 30.5 or 30" even? What about the width? I think offering a little taller and wider would be a good option for people...especially in our Maddog design.

Taller and wider would be better imho.

I've run my 26.5 14s rocker uber exds for 3 years on beadlocks. Probably around 800 miles and at 1/2 thread. Absolutely love the tires.

Would love 30.5/9.5/14s. Hope pitbull has some kinda 30" out by beginning of March. Hate to waste $$ on another junk tire, but need em for a trip. One great thing with Pitbulls, I never need to carry spares.

My rides consist of sharp rocks, ruts, & mud. If ya need a tester Pitbull let me know!

how do the weights and price compare between the new 27" vs the 27.5" growler? was going to get the 27.5 until i saw this post what are the pros/cons between that half inch difference?

also 12 vs 14 inch rim? been reading some horror stories about more flats with the 14" but it does look alot nicer.

thanks for your help. i plan to be ordereing from Discount tire in the next few weeks

So my dealer ordered my Rockers but now not sure when available? I don't think the Growlers wont last on a 1000.

The Growlers will be fine on a 1000...that's what they were built for. If you don't love them, then let me know. But based on the tires that are out there on the market, I'm going to take a wild guess and say that you are going to be pleasantly surprised with how much you love them. :)

The Growlers were softer in the past. I have had them on my 900. They wore out quick. Bought Rockers next and they lasted a lot longer. If the new Growlers are the same compound I will wait on Rockers.
