I have these, they work great. It is made of thick material, doesn't flap around that's for sure. I have folded them up pretty hard multiple times and they always return to shape.

I just got mine last week. They're quite stiff. That probably have a little bit of flex.


If you hold the flap part at one end, it will not droop at all at the other end. They're stiff enough to serve food on haha. But if you pressure them they will flex a bit.
