Did they mention ground clearance?
Not yet I'll try to find out...

X2 , but I will never have to worrie as the 50" models don"t even interest any of the competition, they are all only after the high dollar spenders , making us narrow trail riders only have one choice in a sxs. there is still a good market but nobody has the guts to shoot for it..to bad:rollfinger::rm_thumbdown::sad:

Electronic shift paddles on the steering wheel... on a off road open vehicle? sand, mud, dirt and water don't sound compatible with the electronic switches, and steering wheel connections to the paddles that will be shifted thousands of times a year, sounds unlikely to me.
But time will tell...

I am sure they will use the Spider Technology for the paddle shifter.

It has already been proven for ues out in the weather, rain wind dust blowing sand and the like.
Some people try to act like BRP is pulling a rabbit out of their hat with the paddle shifter, but they've had plenty of success with the spyder.

Polaris has an answer for this and will wait to release it after Can Am has put all their chip on the table. They are getting well over 100 HP out of the 900 prostar engine with just a few minor tweeks on bore and larger throttle body. I have it on good athority that polaris has this and is waiting to see what the competition does before they do anything.

Still have to able to drive. That's the bottom line. Since I'm not racing mine I'll be happy with it for a few years. For the group I ride with it's plenty fast.

Ya maybe...
We will see. Once the soggy bottom boys down south take it for a swim or 2, in a few mud-holes/canals, my bet is it becomes a random automatic, shifting all on its own. :rofl3:

That may be why two models... You don't have to buy it if you don't want it...

So many questions: width,HP,ground clearance, wheel travel,Then type of 4 wheel drive. After all this is disclosed then you have the question of what is PoPo gonna release to compete with it. Should give some good options for Peeps in the market for performance. I just hope its not all geared toward the duners. Maybe one of them will listen to us trailriders out east and unlease a 100 hp, 60 inch, trail machine and call it the DOMINATER!!!!!:rofl3::rofl3::rofl3: ( to much coffee this morning):rofl3::rofl3::rofl3:

I'm anxious to see the full specs on it. I wont buy a first year run on it, but it is possible that I'd trade the 900 in on one in a year or so. It will have to be a bit different than the Commander for me to consider it though. I dont like the huge hot console in the Commander so if the Maverick has that, I'm out.

With that said, I'm sure Polaris has something up their sleeve waiting on this. They are the top SxS manufacturer and I dont think they are going to let that title go anytime soon.
