Well, I have the Z1 conversion kit pretty much ready to sell now. Did one and now getting ready to work on one for the shop to have one to show people what their RZR can do with the 1100 twin cylinder Arctic Cat Z1 engine in the 800 RZR.

The first kit is for the 'DIY' guy. The kit has all the engine mounts, STM billet OD secondary clutch, HD snowmobile clutch belt, STM adjustable primary clutch kit for the Z1 cat clutch, and high volume in tank fuel pump. It is designed for the guy that can do all the wiring, plumbing, intercooler, and exhaust themself. This Z1-kit1 is $2565.

The second kit is for the guy that wants maximum potential for power. We provide all the first kit has and include a SS header that relocates the turbo to the middle, water to air intercooler kit which includes pump, hoses, fittings, heat exchanger, and intercooler, a short aluminum intake, 1 gallon oil tank that we make, and turbo oil and water line fittings. This Z1-kit2 is $2713 You can also upgrade to the Z1-kit2 later if you decide from the Z1-kit1.

I am working on an aluminum scatter shield that will mount to the aluminum engine/tranny plate now. I will then work on a removable water tight cover too.

Will do. She wants to race the Z1 i am building. She can drive! Knows how to pick lines very well. I the the stock 800 is getting boring to her.
