I was wondering if you could do me a favor and take a pic of a 28x10x14 and 28x11x14 Evo standing next to each other. Also, would the 28x11 need to be mounted n an 8" wide wheel or would it be fine on a 7??

Thanks!!

okay, here's the pic you needed. You're right in regards to how the tires will look/fit on the 8 inch, but there shouldn't be a huge difference.

The main thing to notice would be the extra inch of overhang you'd get on the 7 wheel. And taller may not be the best word choice, more like the 7 inch would round the shoulders of the tire slightly more than an 8 inch. But again, either size would work and you'll still get a good size footprint/contact patch.

Hope this helps.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!! When it's time to buy, you get my business!! Actually, I have about $2k worth of stuff in my cart on your site!!! The reason I was asking about these two is, someone posted a pic with the 30x10 between a 30x10 roctane and a 30x10 Bighorn (I think it was a bighorn on the right in the pic..but anyways...) and the BW Evo in the middle looked like a 30x9 at best. The Roctane looked like a 10 or an 11' wide tire compared to the Evo. But, I have been banging my head, and these forums trying to decide between a 28 or 30 and the Evo or the Motoclaws. If I go 30, it will be the motoclaws, even though I think the Evo's might give a little more traction/digging power for the places I ride (Brimstone, HM, Windrock, etc) but if I end up going 28, then Evo's it is!! In this pic, the 11 actually looks a hair shorter because it seems a little flatter...but once it's aired up on the wheel, I'm sure it'll do what I want it to do!!

Again, thank you VERY much for doing this for me, I certainly do appreciate it!!!

MH

PS...here's the pic I was talking about...wasn't a bighorn, but you can see what I'm saying about the width of the Evo...
