When you first start it n the mornin it takes all the gas but aftr 2 mins it starts bogn down and won't take the gas. Then you hafta pump the gas pedal to make it go ovr 25 mph and the header and pipes start glown really bad. When the fan comes on or my lights are on it bogs down worse then when the fan and lights are off

Sounds like possible fuel pump going out. Heat like that is from a lean mixture, also check the spark arrestor isnt pluggged
One of my friends that has a atv shop said I need to buy a fuel programmer. Will that fix the lean mixture?
if lean is truely the problem, you need to find out why it is running that way instead of putting a bandaid on it. check pressure off the fuel pump
Alright I'll check that. I took the bed off to get to everything. How much psi should it have?
I checked the fuel psi and I have between 20 and 25 lbs. I'm buyn a new fuel pump 4 it and tryn it out
I'm so proud u post on this cuz I was so bouta pay close to 600 dollars for a new tank and everything just 4 the pump. I really hope I can find one cuz that would b so much cheaper
While you have the fuel pump assembly out, you may want to take the opportunity to clean, are at least check, the final filter. When I took my final filter out, I was unable to blow air thru it until I cleaned it.
THe final filter is located between the fuel pump and regulator.
I had the same symptoms. I had 40lbs fuel pressure at idle, but it would drop to 20lbs when I accelerated over 4600 rpm's.....even with a new fuel pump.
I took the final filter out, sprayed the heck out of it with carb cleaner, used pressurized air to blow thru it, both directions.....had to do this numerous times. I now have 40lbs pressure across the board again.

I've done got everything together. I cleaned everything I could. But I used a fuel pump 4 a 93 jeep wrangler and its runin 110 percent btr now. I seriously thought I skrewd it up pretty bad at first. Lol
