Need help finding part!!

Wondering if anyone can help find me these wire harness protective caps. They are part of the Polaris Glacier plow wire harness system. When I transferred the plow from my 2017 to my 2021 I forgot to remove it. When you are not connected to the plow it protects the harness plug from the elements. I can't seem to find them or a part number. I only need 1. Shown here with yellow circles around them.

Tried that and they were useless. Said I had to buy the harness.
