I had this code last winter when we were in Arizona. Ended up being the rubber hose going into the Turbo had became hardened and brittle. I just cut some off the end and reinstalled. Has run fine since.

My brand new 2018 rzr turbo just started throwing this code while I was making my way through some deep muck. Got the tires submerged but water was below the bottom of the seats. Mine is 1127-31 which apparently means "condition exists" but doesn't say if it's under or overboost. I drove it back to the trailer and it seemed to drive the same as it had been the whole time so not sure what's what. I have an appointment next Friday to bring her in for her first 20 hour check up. Can I drive it like this? I'm a few hours short of the 20 and planned to ride this weekend. It's also throwing a code for the EPS that I looked up in the manual and it said "Loss of CAN between EPS and instrument cluster." Not entirely sure what that means.
how fix you problem my car have the same code please help

I put an S&B filter on and mine is now throwing the 1127, I tried to clear it and it wont clear using my dynojet. I'm also running an exhaust and AA stage 3. I also heard it can be clutching related? Mine runs really good, seems to run normal, not down on power at all.
what wound up being the problem. Ive pretty much got same build and issue. Dynojet wont clear 1127. have AA cluth kit, slipon, AA primary limiter. I still have power, no limp mode. just CEL that wont go way.

did you end up getting rid of the 1127 code. Curious how you did it ?

Have the same issue, no tune, replaced BOV with aftermarket. Boost seems low running normal, but I was able to peg it under heavy load. Cannot get the light to turn off, even after disconnecting the batter for hours.

I've been troubleshooting an 1127 code for weeks now. I had an 1127/2 and 1127/0. The only way I could get my light off was to use my tuner to install the stock tune and then put the level 2 tune back on. I tried the driving in low at around 4000 RPMs and left the battery disconnected over night and nothing worked. I think I have mine fixed now.

Have a 2021 xp4 turbo with 717 miles on it ran fine a couple weekends ago and has sat since then. Washed it like 4 days ago and parked it back. Last night went for a ride down a county road and it didn't seem right, headed back home and check engine light came on. Checked the codes and it's throwing a 31 1127 1 code. Which is apparently over or under boost. Cleaned air filter, put stock belt that I broke in to keep as a spare, and cleaned air filter. Didn't change anything. So what could be going on here???

I have a 2021 xp4 turbo also with 700 miles with the exact same code and I cannot figure it out. I've had the aftermarket intake tube, charge tube and bov on the machine since the day I bought it new. Dealer by me says they have one in the shop also with the same 1127 31 code and haven't been able to figure it out for 3 weeks. I will be taking mine to a buddy to take a look at it this weekend. I will let you know if we find anything. Or if you find something please post it.

Ok so alot of thanks to Aftermarket Assassin's. Mine was actually software issue (ie) from factory, with the power vision and there tunes as soon as I turned the key on after reprogram in from AA light went out immediately and I've run the S#@t out of it and no more CEL and runs AWESOME

I have 2019 Turbo S. When i first bought it i did Rev1 BOV and S&B separator, no issues whatsoever, never, this past February i did the Dynojet w/stage 5 Trinity exhaust, huge difference in power and gas consumption, since February, 8 months now, i put about 600-700 hard miles and not a single issue, just 2 weeks ago when i hit 2,400miles I decided it was time to service/change clutches to prevent any problems, so i had a shop install a new OEM primary with all new plastics along with stage 2 Gboost clutch kit and Helix on secondary with new plastics and came with new Gboost Belt(sand storm provided by them since i told them i do 80% Sand) 3 days ago i finally took her out to Dumont Dunes, with already about 5 miles of Low Gear on my block, I decided to do additional heating/cooling cycles, so i did one 3 days ago when i got there for another 5 miles and 2 days ago another 2 in the Morning. I went off for a Run on the big bowls and car felt under power, i could smell belt, took it up comp hill and i had to press 100% throttle to make it up and car was struggling, went back to camp and opened up the belt cover, belt seemed fine, i air blew the clutches and closed it up, 20 mins later went for another ride to North Pole and car was hot!! Couldn’t get it under 220degrees and i felt it in cab(first time with a windshield thought it was normal) got to north pole, let it cool off and headed back, hald way there, new belt snapped!!!! Changed it with used oem i had as spare and went back to camp, swapped it woth a new Gboost Worlds Best this time, and did 2 heating/cooling cycles on it of about 4 miles each. Let it cool off and went back out to test,,, going up on the big bowls, car kept running hot like never before, even with tunner that is supposed to keep car cooler engaging fans sooner, than Check engine light comes on and car lost power, felt sluggish, stopped on top of a dune and 30 seconds after light turned off… checked it with tuner diagnostic tool, code 1127/2, engine light turns on for about 30 seconds everytime i want to smash/boost and limits me to 5psi max.
Clutch issue?? Or maybe it was already going to happened and it was coincidence right after clutch work?? I cut my weekend short, is 1:40am and just got home pissed and trying to figure this out to see if i can maybe go back to dunes tomorrow, over 30 of my friends out there 🤣 any advice will help.

Since you had a brand new belt snap. It almost definitely has to be clutch related I would think?? 1127/2 is indicating it's an erratic data stream etc.
I mean, is the only thing that was done to car and been acting up since, went out to dunes 2 weeks ago with stock set up, and it was perfect, did this clutching and all this happened, so clutch slipping would cause this code as well?

Did you ever resolve your issue? I’m lilterally having the same issue after installing an S&B filter.
