Well I already have 29.5 terminators but I wanted a little more clearance. My 6" super ATV lift will be here tomarrow!! I already have taken everything I think off that needs to come off. Any pointers or things I should know, anything that needs to be addressed while I'm in there? Thanks!!

I was actually looking at ordering that lift. I called and talked to the about ordering that kit with out the axles cause I currently have some extended axles. I asked them if they knew the length of the axles and they said they were sure. Is there anyway I could get you to measure from right where the axle goes into each cv joint? And then of course tell how you like the lift!!!

Thanks Brett

P.S. I like the roll up tape in tenths. Are you a land surveyor/engineer?

I'll get some measurements for you. The tape was sitting there because we are building a garage where the concrete is, I was just using it for reference.. Haha.

Well I got the rear done, I'll et some pics tomarrow, it got late real quick and 95* outside was no fun after work!! I will say, it clears two cinder blocks stacked on top of each other in the rear now!!! So far everything looks good and fits good on the kit, the instructions could use updated on some stuff but I figured it out so far!!

Here it is almost done. I have a question on the steering though, it says in the instructions to remove the stock tie rod end and put the extension sleeve on it, and put the spacer and the new heim joint on the bottom of the knuckle, there Is no way that will work because it is in such a bind at full extending of the front! I put the spacer and the heim joint on the top and that was close but still in a little of a bind, anyone have any pics of their super ATV steering? Overall it is a nice kit!

Did your kit come with the new Z-rod tie rods? Mine went together fine with them installed. I have the chromed billet 6-8 inch lift. I didn't like the upper shock mounts so I kept the 2 inch racertech kit on and ordered legend air suspention. I can slam it to the floor or jack it up to 18 inches of ground clearence.

I got the z tie rods, but they have a stud sticking out and I got a male heim joint???? If I add the sleeves and Put the heim joint on it's WAY too long and won't fit.

Looking good.
Mattman, is that the 5" kit with the 6" upper shock brackets. The a arms in the back look like the ones in the 5" kit is why I ask. Wondering if they changed the 6" kit up.
From one of the pics, it looks like it also came with the z bars. You may try them to eliminate the angle on the steering arms. I know of a couple of guys that have used the z bars and had trouble with the heims constantly loosening on every ride even with thread locker on them, so just keep an eye on them.

I'm not sure if it will unscrew or not, I tried some but did not want to mess up the threads! It's the 5" kit with the 6" brackets. Everything worked great just got to figure out the steering. It also sits a little higher in the front than in the rear, I may have to drop the front some.

I got the steering figured out, I called super ATV and they said to use the Z bar and the stock tie rod heim! I don't know why I did not think of this! I may have been a little over heated last night!! So I will finish it all up tonight!! :pint:

It's the 5" with the 6" bracket. An 8" lift would be way to top heavy for me! I am going to drop it down for the trails using the lower holes on the bracket.

. About 18" in the front and 17" in the rear. It's 59" wide now with no spacers and the cool part is if I want to drop it down, I can have a long travel and it goes to about 62" wide for the trail!
