Sure looks nice Frank.

A bit of advice though...not everyone has a 24" monitor...the pics are huge and I can't get the full effect by having to scroll left and right and up and down!
Sorry Bil i will resize them

Looking forward to your opinion on the Muzzy's vs. the Barker's. Did you install the Quite cores on the Muzzy's. Thanks.
Ken

Can I assume you have the Racertech lift made to accommodate the Muzzy exhaust? How come you went with Muzzy on this machine vice the Barkers that are on your other RZR?
Hi Bil Andy from Racer Tech made me a brackett for my lift kit to fit the muzzys

Nice choice Frank. I'm sure you'll enjoy the new exhaust. Can't wait to see some vids!

BTW, RacerTech now offers their 2" lift with a Muzzy's compatible option.
Yes they do ,they did not last year when i bought mine or i would have done the Muzzy's in the beginning .:)

Frank,

Did you change the Racertech lift kit (rear)? I just did both(muzzy compatible lift) and had to modify the billet bracket for the mufflers.

Bruce

What did you guys have to change on the billet bracket? I am looking to get this lift soon and want to know what to expect.

Thanks

The muzzy billet bracket butts right up to the stock shock brace.

If you have the racertech muzzy compatible kit, the bracket will not fit up on the top. It will stand off some. I just used the bottom bolts on the muzzy bracket and it is still very sturdy for just holding the mufflers. Consider the stock set up.

I am sure you could make some spacers and do a little less mod to the bracket than I did.

I will try to get some pics up soon.

This is what it looks like now. The brace that holds on the rear plastics and the top of the billet brace are supposed to us the same holes. This will work great with stock. The lift kit is cut out for the muzzys exhaust and fits great. There is no way the billet muzzy bracket will bolt up with the racertech kit. The top of the bracket will have to modified.
