more flow of air for radiator

Has anyone changed their front grill out to get more air flow to radiator? If so what grill did you use? My fan seems to come on a lot. Thanks

Sometimes you need to clean out the radiator. take a garden hose and wash it to get some of the dirt out and that might help.
You can run a wire mesh screen hood $$$$$. Maybe a turbo grill/hood. I don't think you will see any major decrease in engine temps. The thermostat is going to make the engine run at optimum temps. The mesh hood will let heat escape from top and it might cool off faster when fan is on or at speed. This will direct that heat over the dash into the cab if you don't have a windshield.

Do a free test. Remove grill insert and hood. Takes couple of minutes to remove both. Do a test ride and see if it helps. Keep in mind you need to protect the radiator, so use some caution knowing the radiator will be exposed during this test.

Highly recommend insulating tunnel and cup holders. That will dramatically reduce cab heat.
I installed a fan override kit in mine and i keep it under 200 at all times now. I know that wasn’t the question but I highly recommend doing it. Well worth the $80

I got beat down for posting some chemicals on the last round. OP if you search the interwebs, there are cleaning, foaming agents made for A/C coils. It foams the dirt out of the exterior passages. Aluminum safe.

I did this on my tractor...well if there was a 1950's movie call the Dirty Foaming Cleaning Blob it would be the crap that came out of my rad fins.

Just a data point.

X2, Use the fan all the time.
But if the op's fan is coming on a lot he may have other issues or needs to drive faster lol

The coil cleaner does work well if it’s clogged up, After removing the Cat from my muffler the fan seems to on a lot less.
