I set the misfire codes and went into limp mode on my 2018 xp4 1000. I tore the clutch cover off and saw a chunk of belt gone...no big deal I’ll throw a new belt on and be on my way next ride. I decided to throw 32’s and a dalton clutch kit on at the same time and it was good for the first 3 miles....and then it set all 3 again. Belt looks fine. What are my next steps here?

I’d inspect clutches in more detail. Belts don’t just blow apart for no reason. Bushings, secondary rollers, flyweight and pivot bolt wear, alignment / spacing, etc. Included is a Polaris diagnostic summary of areas to inspect, repair, replace for misfire. Focus on clutch issues as a symptom is belt failure.
