thats not yor problem the crank likes to twist at aprx 7,000 but below that it will rev if you have a ecm .....stock rev limit is set at 6400.

Yeah, I'd be real careful above 7,000 with nitrous and a stock crank. Otherwise you might have to fill out an Environmental Impact Statement for the oil slick.

it has been up for debate in the past...
with boost high rpms can twist the stock crank.
naturally aspirated people have raised the rpms without crank problems.
I wouldn't do it,,, but that is just my opinion. especially with any boost or nitrous.

Not sure about valve float. you can get different valve springs and solid lifters with adjustable push rods.

Yeah, nitrous is just so hard on pistons, rods and cranks. Nitrous blowups ARE spectacular though...:rofl3:

LOL, Yes they are.

I know about the crank problem. I thought the Holz BB kit ran the stock crank to like 7400? But thats not the point.
Anyway, I didnt ask about the crank.
I need to know about the stock cam.

The stock cam and valvetrain will take 7,000, with the previous caveat.
