First trip? Limited days? Assuming snow isn’t blocking trails: Do trail #77 loop. I like to go clockwise and stop at Miner’s Park at the end (hike to Bullion Falls if you have the lungs)
Next adventure, go to Hoovers, cross the highway, thru the Rest Area and up Deer Creek on trail #74. Go right at the top and check out Silver King Mine. Double back past trail #74 and take the #1 up over 11,000ft if the gate is open. Otherwise head back to Marysvale down #2.
To the East: cross over the river and take #37, behind the dumpsters, to #35, go left and join the #2 and stay on it up Dry Creek Canyon. At the top, go left on #1. Check out Barney Lake then Manning Meadows reservoir. Go left on 78 and right up to Monroe Peak if possible. Take 78 down to the town of Monroe, then back to Marysvale on #24.
That’s a start. If you have a 50” wide vehicle there are even more options. Happy trails!
The forest service has gates to close the roads that are impassable. This was last June 30th and the main road west of Marysvale (Beaver Canyon Rd/FR 123/Paiute Trail #2 intersecting Trail #1) had the first gate open but the 2nd one closed.
Get the Paiute ATV Trail map for sure. The Fishlake NF maps show more side trails that aren’t officially part of the Paiute Trail system. The Paiute map has width restrictions and difficulty ratings shown As well as roads for OHV’s to use in the towns you’ll encounte.
You're gonna be limited on where you can go for the snow blocking your way. We like to go the end of July or later when the trails are open over the mountains.. Some very beautiful riding. I hope you don't have dogs because Terri hates them. We'll be there the end of Sept for a week but we'll be at Nathan's behind Jim and Terri's.
