i have a 900 on ol2's but in the front end it is making a squeeking noise that is driving me crazy. i have greased every grease point and i still cant find it. has anybody else had this problem if so what did you do to fix it
Probably the shocks, take them off and tale the balls out of the end ( where the bolt goes through) clean them, grease them and put back together. Everyone that owns one has had to do this to help with the squeaking.
take the front shocks off remove the bolt reducers, grease the pivot balls there
take the a arm bolts out and grease the bolts there as well
while your at it do the rear shocks, trailing arm bolts, radius arm pivot points as well
I use maxima water proof grease for all these points
I had a squeak noise coming from mine, thought it was the shocks checked all them it wasn't. So i pulled the center consol off to check the drive line and found the slip yoke in the center of the machine was never greased from the factory put some grease in it and my squeak was gone.
