Guys to answer Rory's questions for now:

According to Jon "Spicoli" who had "S" arms with Podium Shocks re-valved by me and Progressive Springs, quote: "this improvement is beyond my expectations. It is as much a difference as it was from my 50 inch to an "S". "

Most of the video was shot between 45 mph and 55 mph and Jon had spurts he would pull away. It was shot along Shea Road. Portions of the Parker 425 course. It was perfect for a first shake down run and provides me with excellent video to study to improve the setup.

If you ever do a side by side comparison with this set up and a stock S let me put my RZR S with AFCO Silver Series shocks in the mix.

I have an 09 stock S as well with NO upgrades if you need to compare the stock to Jeff 09 S AFCO Silver Series shocks to the "NEW MTS XPS conversion"?

Also any thoughts of making a kit to convert a 50" over to the 60" XPS?
I have a 50" 08 that I been thinking of converting over to an S now maybe an XPS, if your think of doing a 50" to 60" XPS kit?

Thanks everyone. The next set starts today. The first was for form and function, now we will refine and finalize everything. Then build fixtures for production and we are off and running.

the rzr in the video isnt a s its a reg rzr with a weber eng conversion

 

But it also has a full "S" suspension conversion... or did.. now its just an "S" on the front.

I would assume that MTS is using S axles in the back... so if you have a 50" RZR you might need a complete S kit in front, and then S axles and brake lines for the back,,, but I am just guessing.
