Hey y’all 2016 rzr 900 trail here. I bought a front windshield and have a major dust problem since then. I have full doors, front windshield, and a roof. What do I need to buy to prevent a dirt tycoon in the sxs it’s embarrassing. Back windshield? Vents?

A full windshield and no rear window is the worst case scenario for dust. As you drive you are creating a low pressure zone behind the windshield, which then sucks in air from the sides and rear. If that air contains dust...
Adding a rear windshield will help because then you only suck it in from the sides, but then you will get a ton more dust on your cargo area, which is where your air intake is, so will dirty your air filter faster and get more dust in your clutches.

A vented front will help a little for cab dust, but nowhere near a half front.
A half front and mesh rearis the best compromise, as it allows air to flow through so you get WAY less can dust, and don't have the cargo area issue. The rear screen protects you from mud and rocks flipped up by your rear tires.

Adding a rear window will help. Also, check to see if TUSK (Rocky Mountain ATV) has a set of "Wing Window" Vents applicable for your machine. Adding those and using them to push some wind through your machine on certain days will also help. We ran full windshield and rear window on our 900 S and the wife insists on the same with our new Pro XP 4.

Disregard posts #4 & 7. :poop: for sure. :p

Rear window....front windshield removal lets the rain and cold on in...(and the dust too)....when we ride in the mountains in dusty situations we have a rule that we talk about before riding. At every turn off/fork in the road, you wait on the next rider to make sure he sees which way you go, and in turn he/she waits on the next rider. If you do this....then you can stretch out the distances between riders and not roll right behind his/her dust cloud. The dustier it is....the more you stretch out between riders. Works the best. We all have radios and maps also....helps to find the wayward rider.

I have the same problem. I outfitted my turbo s 4 for hunting out west and trail riding, but after my second season with it, I'm about to go with a Ranger Northstar Trail Boss and put HCR long travel suspension with 32-35" tires. I'm so tired of having my bow, rifles, packs, gear, etc. covered in dust after making a run lol

My RZR is running full lower doors with CEC enclosure for the upper doors, full front windshield and rear windshield.
