If anyone has a project or finished build for sale let me know. I currently have a very nice Turbo Weber RZR but I really want the trailing arm suspension on an XP.

moderator: If this is in the wrong place I apologize.

Ok so I have decided to go with a new 2014 XP1k with the Turbo Z1100 swap. The car is on its way to Chad as we speak. I would have just as easily sent it to Jason too. They both are extremely nice guys and are very knowledgeable. I cant wait to get my hands on it. Thanks to everyone that offered their XP900's up for sale but they were all more expensive than what I will be into this car for. I know the accessories add up and that's where the difference is made.

Thanks Tim. I know how you feel about the Z1 vs the Apex. It makes sense for the most part but three of the performance shops on here all touted the Z1 as a good choice for all around duning and pump gas performance. Seeing Queens red Z1 is pretty impressive. I know you doubt the longevity I will be able to get out of the Z1 so I will be keeping it at the 270hp tune(that is until I get spanked, which prob wont take long). I think we may go with head studs for future reliability. I will keep you posted.

They are both fun to drive. My 06' is pretty stout and dynoed 546whp on whipple's dyno. Its fun and easy to drive but is still fast enough to be fun. The black 09' on the other hand is way more work. The Kevlar clutch is very touchy and you can definitely feel when the meth is being injected. It almost feels like a nitrous hit. I have a great gopro video of a 200 mph run my wife and I did. I have to figure out how to edit it down from 1.5g.
Both of them have got me in trouble. Lol.
