I do the same as jodyfj40 but use 4 separate cables through each rim and onto the suspension.

All 4 have keyed alike locks. Figure at least it will slow them down a bit or make enough noise when they show up with a battery powered cut off tool. Just enough time for me bring my friend from Louisville. His name is "Slugger"

Got another couple friends if the one from Louisville does not work.

Mine is in an enclosed trailer when traveling. If someone does get it the gps tracker will function for at least several days after they cut power to it, if they cut power to it. and they'll never find it! at least not before I find them!

I have RZRTracker gps hardwired in the machine, and a TRAK 4 gps in the truck.

Then i have a 25' 1/2" chain that i wrap around the front suspension, around the front of the open trailer, and around the rear axle of myExcursion.

Then security cable from steering wheel, to side of open trailer, secured with a big ass New York U lock.

Then security cable locking the trailer ramp up with another New York U lock .

Then a wheel lock on the trailer.

Then, motion lights with 125 db sirens strategically placed where they shouldn't go off unless you're up close and personal to my rig.

If nothing else, the shear amount of locks and chains and cables and wheel locks should deter any crackhead thieves.

For a good way to KEEP it from being stolen, the Spring Brake Thingy lockable parking brake along with the ignition lockout relay will send them onto the next potential victim.
Even with great insurance, most of us would rather not have to deal with that side of it. Keep them them taking it in the first place.

Some insurance companies are giving reductions for having anti theft devices like this.

Check it out http://springbrakethingy.com

Our parking brakes, (which you need anyway for protecting your tranny) mount up in about 2 minutes, and the relay in 30 - 45 minutes tops.

How about simply removing the lug nuts. If it moves and wheels fall off, end of story. tracker and full coverage insurance goes along way.

other great deterrent is large chain around the buggy then to to my Bus. release the air from the suspension pulls the chain tight. without putting air back into the but the buggy is not going to move. ( used it once in a pinch before I thought about removing lug nuts)

Oh did I mention I have a dog in the bus that likes to wake me up to see who is outside. Buggy is parked outside my window and shades left open so the dog can watch the sunset and for thieves.

so far it has worked, buggy is there every morning.
