Id suggest either ATR's w/ 4 PIAA's or an LED bar from Rigid. We have both in stock.

 

After seeing the LED bars out on the dunes at night, that is the way I would go...

 

Those LEDs are sweet, but man are they expensive.

Can anyone comment on light bars and hard tops. I want a hard top, but I need lights now, and do not want to scrap them when I get the hard top. Any comments and photos of RZR with a top and lights would bve great!

I have been looking around for some type of light bar myself. I really like the leds but im concerned about breaking them by hitting low branches or rolling over. This could be a very costly mistake. I think im leaning toward piaa because they have some protection and not as expensive should you break them.

 

I saw a youtube video where they dragged a rigid led bar through town and banged it up and it stil worked. Try that with the Piaa's . I just ordered a 20 " bar. Cant wait to use it !

I have the factory hard top that I cut down and notched for the Dragonfire 32" led bar. Easy to do and works great. It is a little hard to see but here is a picture.

Look at urvcrap intrusion bar with light bar tabs. It kills 2 birds with one stone.

 

I have the Biltrite light bar with a hardtop. No problems, I have converted it to HID. Do a search for biltrite on the forum you will see my howto thread and the night shots I did.

Truly tough, well built, insainly bright light bar.

 

Check the ATR section. They just made a clamp on A-brace bar for the 30" Rigid. It's what I'm getting.

 

I am running the J Strong Top and Light bar, very nice product but not cheap

Have a 20' (or maybe it was 22') Rigid LED bar. Awesome light and small footprint- combine it with HID headlamp replacements and most people will follow YOU around in the dunes at night. Used 2 Axia roll cage mounts so that it fits under my roof and almost level to the top rollbar. Saw one in person at the Sandsport show that they had tried to destroy- most of the LED's were still lit after dropping, dragging, and even beating on it with bats and so forth. They will take a beating. Got the bar with the Axia mounts for $500 off a vendor that was just clearing a couple out at the show. Probably should have gotten the 36' for $700 as well now that I think about it.

Lighted whip for the dunes at night

 

Yeah that is a Safeglo (sp?) whip that only made it 1 day into its first trip out before shorting out (bought it at the Sand Show). They replaced it free of charge with a newer style lighted whip that has about 3x more LED's in it and is FAR more durable (I accidently pulled the RZR into my toyhauler with it still up- the whip didn't break- it bent the steel mount on my cage down). Can see my RZR when it is parked on a dune from a mile away with that whip.
