I would like to apologize for the lack of email and voicemail responses. On Aug 21 I came down with the covid virus and have been down for the last thirty days. Although the virus has been gone for a while I still am suffering from acute respiratory failure. I fought to breath for two + weeks until I finally had to go the the ER for oxygen. I spent 3 days in ICU then six day in the hospital. I narrowly avoided the ventilator three times and was able to regain my 02. The health care workers are true heroes and saved my life. My wife and family also had this and she is a big part customer service. we are all getting better slowly and things should return to some kind of normal soon. Production and shipping has still been underway the whole time with just a little hick up at first.. If you reached out and did not get a response please do so again, since things have gotten lost in the mess
