Let me check mine when I get home. I believe mine is way more sporadic than this. Not sure of my peak but yours is way more flat than mine is.

 

Reference Ign Timing Correction Knock & Knock0. If the ECU isn't pulling timing, it hasn't determined knock. In that case, what you'd be seeing, is engine noise.

Here is the threshold of where knock/noise will be recognized per cylinder:

When those thresholds are met, here is how much timing will start being pulled:

If your tables are the same as this 2021 XPT map, you would not be recognizing the noise as knock.
