Kirks creation park brake

Has anyone installed one of the Kirks Creation park brake assemblies that are sold on eBay? They look pretty trick, but $95 seems a little salty. I searched the forum, but couldn't find any info.

I have the UTVINC Parking Brake it works without any hassels... Easy on, easy off and it's adjustable...
