Kirks creation park brake

Has anyone installed one of the Kirks Creation park brake assemblies that are sold on eBay? They look pretty trick, but $95 seems a little salty. I searched the forum, but couldn't find any info.

I'm glad everyone seems to love kirks parking brake but I don't. Why, because I don't know where to buy one. If I could find out where to get one then I'd love it too. Any help.
