Has anyone installed one of the Kirks Creation park brake assemblies that are sold on eBay? They look pretty trick, but $95 seems a little salty. I searched the forum, but couldn't find any info.

Thanks

I like the fact that when you step on the brake that Kirks Creation park brake automatically disengages the park brake. What I don’t like is the fact that you have to put yet another button on the dash and the decal :rm_thumbdown::scared2:

Mine is up and out of sight and adjustable.
I will post pics soon

That is exactly why I like this kit. I'd just like to know if anyone has installed it and had good luck...or better yet, if anyone has come up with a similar mod on the cheap.

Less than a $100 is a cheap mod for a RZR:rofl3:

As I am finding out very quickly...I would agree...I've had my bike only two weeks and it has eaten a considerable amount from my wallet :rofl3:

Looks like a pretty sweet little deal. Has anybody just adapted a Line-Lock for this purpose?

Hey Pete,

Yea, several companies make the line lock type brake for the RZR, but the problem there is you only get the rear brakes applied. That might be fine for when you're just parking on a slight incline or whatever, but when you have to stop on a steep grade to help someone up or something, I feel much better having all 4 wheels locked to hold that guy on the hill and off my tranny.

Yup, yur right and the Line-Lock would probably be a more complicated installation and they'd more than likely be the same price, if not more. Simple is GOOD!
