I just picked up my 2011 Orange Madness yesterday. I have 3 kids so I really wanted doors and a few other safety features which I bought.

I ended up getting the iTi doors in solid aluminum (no sticker kit). The guy at the dealership said he thought they were a better looking door and had a better handle mechanism to get in and out of.

They sold the white Razor they had on the sales floor that had them on so I could only look at a picture of the outside of the door on a website.

Does anyone have these doors or know how hard it would be to get them powder coated? I am trying to figure out if I would have to remove any hardware before sending them in to get coated and if that would be a real hassle. I can get them black powder coated for free so that is not a cost.

I have a few days to make a decision before he puts the final order in otherwise I will just go with the Pro Armor doors in black.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I would go with the Pro Armor or the UTV inc. doors they both come in trail (50") and wide (60") versions. I think most of the guys on here will say the same.

I also just picked up a 2011 RZR-s and am trying to chose witch doors I am going to go with but I am down to these two.

I have the ITI doors and i love them.
I had mine done in vinyl. The panels have a Zeus fastener, quarter turn with a screw driver and they pop off.

I would have the doors vinyl wrapped, they can put a graphic on it if you want and it is not that expensive probably less than powder coating. If it gets scrathed they can replace or patch small pieces. If you run in the brush a lot I would not go the vinyl wrap though.

Mike

Here is a picture of my boat with vinyl wrapping the whole wrap on this 27' boat ran $1500 and that includes the piece around the back and all the stickers.

This picture was taken before I put the through hull fittings back on.
