I recently purchased a 2014 RZR 4 900. I had no issues until I drove it across a river. That led to the amazing discovery the clutch cover did not have a gasket. The belt got wet and had to dry it out before it would drive again. about an hour later the belt shredded. I couldn't get all of the old belt out and placed the spare belt on with warning that the new belt would brake if the old was not completely removed. I'll be damned that belt snapped as predicted.
I purchased two EVO Bad-Ass belts on the recommendation of a friend. Cleaned out all of the old belt debris. Now when I start it, the primary grabs the belt and spins the secondary clutch while idling. It's very hard to shift into or out of gear. While in gear and idling the RZR is wanting to move in the selected direction.
I'd greatly appreciate any assistance.
