I'veen doing some work on the RZR and through a post earlier this week, the question came up that my clutch may have been modified before I got it. Can anyone tell me if the clutch pictures I have below are of a stock clutch. The secondary has the word "team" on it in three places and the words "rapid reaction" on the hub. The spring in the primary is blue and it does have the spacer in the primary which is about to go away.

Anybody?

The stock Polaris clutch is made by Team. The Rapid Reaction is a stock clutch in most RZRs. The 2009 RZR-S had the Team Roller.

Clutch kits are mostly made up of different springs and weights.
If you have the stock weights there should be a number stamped into the side of them.
Blue is one of the stock springs. It might have a colored line on one side. Polaris uses different springs and weights for different regions and altitudes.

Thank you very much. I just finished changing the belt which was worn but will serve well as a get-home belt.
I did remove the spacer and a quick run down the street confirmed it now hits the rev limiter at an indicated 64 mph. No time to confirm with gps or time the acceleration runs. The house down the street got burglurized this morning and the police are everywhere today.
Still changing the fluids anyway.

Thanks again.
