Introducing the first releases of Racer Tech’s new “Rec Tech” product line.
After realizing our success in the racing and performance segment of the UTV market and considering the knowledge and manufacturing capabilities we’ve gained in the process, we have decided to expand our product line into the recreational end of this industry as well. It all started with our well-known Racer Tech RZR Lift Kit. We started out with a request from a customer to design and build a proper system for him. He was convinced there wasn’t a properly designed kit available on the market which wouldn’t cause him troubles down the road. After our research, we determined the same thing… The rest is history. After this epiphany it is quite easy to see just how many other products are available these days which have has so little thought put into them in an attempt to make a quick buck. We at Racer Tech believe products should be developed at a comfortable pace so each individual piece comes together as a functional system. Whether it’s a bumper or a full suspension system, our products are designed to work and designed to last. You may pay a little more but everyone knows, you get what you pay for!
We are starting out with the staple work horse / weekend warrior of the industry, the Polaris Ranger XP. We have decided to focus our product line for this machine exclusively for the 09’+ models due to their rising popularity. Along with the products seen here, we also have some indestructible step bars and tree bars we’ve seen test vehicles literally use to steer around trees in tight woods. As well as a rear cage extension system and an extremely tough and affordable mid travel suspension system.

Here is our Racer Tech Ranger XP front bumper. This bumper uses the factory mounting points to its advantage. The bottom half is 100% sheet metal for strength and skid protection. This design flows smoothly into the base of the chassis and up into the DOM tubing which is designed to fully protect the front of the machine from brush as well as hard impacts. It also does this by flowing perfectly with all body lines; something which it truly hard to find in a production bumper these days. Our bumper also offers the option of a concealed mounting position for almost any variation of winch available. Our optional winch plate mounts in to the chassis tubes and bolts firmly to the sheet metal base of the bumper creating a rock-solid surface to bolt a winch as well and more rigidity built into the bumper itself. In addition to the winch plate option, which can be added or removed at any time, we also offer lower horns and headlight protection hoops (both shown in pics) for an additional charge. The lower horns offer a little more protection for the front end in brush and impacts as well as an even more solid look and feel for the bumper. The headlight hoops flow very well with the body and seriously protect he lights and hood. The bumper pricing starts at $350 WITH powder coat. The winch plate is $75. Add $45 for optional side horns and $60.

The Racer Tech Ranger XP Rear Bumper is a functional piece of art. Giving a truly “baja” look and unmatched strength and protection, this is a must have for any Ranger. Our bumper mounts like most bumpers do under the bed. But it also has two quickly detachable rods which tie directly into a rear lower chassis stiffener as well. The bumper is very rigid when the rods are detached and still more rigid than other bumpers when mount without them. The bed still be tilted with this bumper but to do so the brace rods need to be removed via out quick release pins. It is an excellent compromise in strength and ease of use. We were also very cautious to be sure the tailgate will fully open while using our rear bumper. This is something even the factory upgrade bumper does not do. This bumper is available without the braces as well to make it a more economical purchase. The braces can be purchased separately at a later date if desired. Our Rear Bumpers for the Ranger XP start at $250 WITH powdercoat and with the bracing option it is $325.

We also have Nerf bars for the Ranger Crew and a few other products coming soon! Give us a call or PM me with and questions you might have.
Thanks!

We would also like to reintroduce our Polaris RANGER 2" Lift kit. We just received our first run of them and are they're ready to ship all powder coated Black. You can call in your order right now and we'd love to get you set up. They're not available on the website but will be soon!
Here's a few pics of our new upgraded design, it is a upper shock relocation similar to our RZR 800 lift it corrects the geometry of the shocks. These kits are starting at a introductory price of $175!

We've added a small brace to tie across the chassis tube for added strength.

Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
