On the front diff. can this flange & seal be installed without removing diff from rzr. I'm getting some fluid leaking around seal and wanna fix it before it becomes a real problem. :scared2:

I havent tried that ... but I think you could do it!! I just dont remember if you can slide the drive shaft far enough back to get it off in the front pinion shaft??

Pull axles. Slide diff forward after roll pin out. It can be done. Could also be bearings going out. I went holz flange first. Still leaked. Bought new bearings. Good now.

I did mine without removing anything but sliding driveshaft towards tranny. Take off plastic driveshaft tunnel so you can have room to reach the bolts

O.K. I'm looking at a pic of the pinion shaft which has 2 bearings on it. Are both of these bearings being replaced, or just a particular one ?

If u pull the bearing off and try to reuse one... Possible damage.

Replace both... Be safe not sorry.

But it's your ride not mine!!!! Your money!!! Your time!!!! It'll be you stuck out in the stuff at the most inconvenient time for you!!!
