I just bought this setup too, S3 clutch kit with high load helix with a stage one tune but wont be able to try it out till our trip to the dunes in May. Curious how others have found it to be too.

 

I purchased the performance helix before they changed the recommendation for 4 seaters to use the high load helix, so I can't comment first hand on the high load helix. I have been very impressed with the performance helix, even with stock tuning. It drastically changes how hard the power comes in, you won't be disappointed.

 

Well sad to report that my belt temps didn't change at all. Stayed the same or were worse. The clutch kit works fine but the high load helix did nothing for me. I will be contacting AA and discussing options, maybe stiffer secondary spring? Not impressed with the helix as of this last trip to the sand :sad

 

I have a 16 xpt4 and upgraded to the performance helix and have ran level 2-6 E85. I’ve been using the same Polaris stock belt for the last year and all my riding is in the sand. The power and back shifting is great.

I just ordered a new set of springs. The new secondary is purple not sure what the rate is. My buddy just ordered the S3 kit and his clutch seems to apply the power better. I’m running the original S2 kit that I added the helix to when it came out. I’ll let you know what I think when I get them.
