Help with this engine noise?!

So my 2010 RZR S 1500 miles, ran on half oil for I don't know how long and developed this engine noise, everyone else was riding it when it started and didn't notice so I couldn't save it. I have already pulled the motor apart down to the crankshaft and can't find any obvious wear, metal shavings, or anything out of the ordinary. There is no apparent slop on the bearings or piston rods. Has anyone heard or seen this noise? Do I replace the crank or the top end? Pistons and valves are pretty black but sleeves look clean and unscratched. The noise almost seems to go away with higher RPM, and when i turn the clutch by hand I can pinpoint the exact spot where something inside the engine seems to knock, but I can't find it with the engine torn down.Any help?!? Has this happened to anyone else?

So I got the new hotrods crank installed and have the motor back together and started it up and still have the noise. I know alot of people are gonna tell me that the noise is normal, but I bought this thing new 3 years ago and one day it sounded fine, the next it sounded like it wanted to explode, It is not normal. Now Im probably gonna have to rebuild the top end? The rings and cylinders looked good when I had it apart, the tops of the pistons and valves were pretty black and corroded. I'm gonna put my wheels on tomorrow and run it to check if Ive lost power, Ill post again tomorrow. Until then Im open to suggestions. Ive read alot of threads that sounds like the same issue I have but seems like alot of people dont really follow up after the problem is fixed. It sounds the same with the clutch off too

Curious about the cause. The more we can learn from everyone’s experience the better. Can you suspend that crank in a couple of V-blocks and measure the run out? Did you mike all the bearing journals? Can’t argue with success but that engine didn’t sound bad to me but when the cause is not obvious I usually run them till they break and then I know what it was. Last causality resulted in a transmission with a hole in the side of the case, found the noise; a bolt head rattling around and finally found its way out!
