I'm sure there are some here who have wired in a harness or two for heated riding gear. I just wired in two Tourmaster Synergy 2.0 harnesses for their heated jacket liners. As far as I can tell, the stock RZR XP alternator is rated at 750 watts. I think that should be plenty to run a couple heated liners, but wondered if any of you have done the same or had any issues with doing that!

I have run heated jackets on my street bikes without issue, and they have weaker charging systems usualy.. I replaced the tail light bulb with LED type and ran the jackets off that circuit without issue, with the power savings ;)

My RZR has 20 amp fused power to the Cig lighter , that would be plenty for two vests id bet. Or hardwire them with a fuse to the battery. Im sure the XP has plenty of juice to run those and more.
