So I bought a nice graphics kit and I'm getting ready to put it on. I remembered that SC1 contains silicone and I am paranoid that my stickers wont stick. Is there a cleaner anyone can recommend before I lay the stickers on?

I use sc1 also, i bought a graphics kit for my Ktm and before i applied it i used a rag soaked with rubbing alcohol. I even hit it with some carb cleaner. I was paranoid about the same thing as you. It worked for me. Good luck!

Thanks guys. I'll pick something up. The only thing I have in the shop at the moment is brake cleaner and mineral spirits....neither would be a good choice I'd say.

Not sure about mineral spirits but I wouldn't take the chance since it's easy to run to Lowes or Home Depot and get what you really need.

You're going to use a solution of water in a spray bottle with a drop of dishwashing soap in it, right?

You mean for placement? I have used windex in the past when placing graphics.....will soapy water work better?

Final Surface prep:
Windex - not the best but works
70% alcohol at Walgreens - best
Mineral Spirits - no way - its oily - it takes off psa sticker goo without attacking plastic - then soap and water - then use 70% alcohol
Carb cleaner/ brake kleener - wrong seminar - down the hall

Decal/ Graphcs App fluid:
ummm...wrap material doesn't use any fluid - dry only - water underneath will not come out and likely to swell in the sun next month
common films and stickers - are designed to apply wet - few drops of baby shampoo or dawn detergent in water - wet the hell out of both sides - use a felt covered spreader

Ill ask the guy I got it from what material we are dealing with. I do believe it is as you put it...air egress rear.

photo 1 - wrap material with air release
photo 2, 3 - over lam, laminate - you have to have it on a RZR and have to trust the shop you bought from.
I share a laminator with another guy in town. I only use it spotty and they take up room. Not only that it is 6' wide but you need a 10' table feeding it. Cost is 6 grand and we use a cold one. Not thermal. Due to the inks used. To peel back the laminate as in the photo is very difficult once rolled thru a good rubber roller cold laminate machine. Will take the worst of tree limbs or similar abuse.
