I've been in this situation, and it was cheaper to just find a used round bar on eBay. I found one in like new condition for $40 shipped. However, if you really want the new square bar the bushing's part number is 5450705 ($12) and the bar is 2634200 ($100)
Grab bar conversation
Is it possible to convert the round grab bar in my 09 rzr 800 to the newer square bar if so what all is needed . My round bar is bent and needs replacing
