Someone told me it gets muddy for a couple of days . I would have thought being sand it would just get packed and firm. What’s the real story ?

Ever throw wet sand at your brother or sister at the beach? Same premise, sticky wet sand and if it's a busy weekend riding sucks until it dries out and the winds clean up the dunes. The dunes get extra rutted out but hey it's still glamis, best place to shred in the sand!

You are correct, the sand is compact and hard with moisture. It can def rob some hp from you. I was just out in Glamis after the last storm that came through. I experienced no mud at all. Just moisture in the sand, def not as fun to ride in but still had a good time. Also to the other reply, I experienced no sticky sand. No more than when it is dry. Like my rzr had no sand really sticking to it.
