Does anyone have the info for the xp 900 from 11-13, and the same era 570? i have a 570 set left over from putting in the superatv gear reduction kit into it. thinking i should just toss it into the 900xp.

Ranger low gear set & Ace 325 + XPT2 Input shaft:
#3235450 48T Stage 2 Gear
#3235451 25T Reverse Gear Shaft
#3235232 67T Low Gear
#3236132 25T Low Gear
#3235987 Input Shaft (42/22/29)
#3235234 53T High Gear
Net reduction: 53.44% Low : 17.59 % High : 12.69% Reverse
RZR_Joe, I noticed in your spreadsheet that the 2016 Ace 325 has a stock 56T high gear rather than the usual 53T (#3235234) shown above. Do you think the 56T (#3235534) would play nice with the #3235987 Input Shaft (42/22/29)? Strangely, the 56T manufacturer number is only one digit from the 53T (3235534 vs 3235234 respectively), which may just be coincidental or may mean something. If it works, that would give significantly more gear reduction in high only, and close that massive gap between low and high on this configuration above. And, on your spreadsheet it would bring high to 24.25% reduction). Anyone have reason to think the 56T may/may not be compatible?

So was looking around curious about the turbo r gearing. From Polaris parts fiche-if accurate-front diff ratio is same as pro xp. Inside the trans it has the 25/67 ranger low gear set and the reverse shaft is now a 23 tooth shaft. So my simple math-none-comes out to roughly a 12% drop from a 25 tooth setup. The trans case is same as pro xp so this new 23 tooth shaft would work in any previous transmissions that use the reverse shaft setup. So just add 12% across the board and that would be roughly 65/38/38 compared to a XPT two seater for the lowest oem gear setup?

My 2016 xp4 HL has ace 325 reduction. Looking at super atv it only shows one reduction available for my model adding to my confusion. trying to figure out if it’s a 12% or 25% stage 2 that’s available

It'll be 12% for you because yours is already lower. 25% for models with the higher stock gear set than your stock HL trans.

So for a 2014 XP 1000 two seater I would need to buy a 16+ secondary clutch and the listed gears?

Your year already has the 25/67 low gearing in it. So all you need would be the 3235380 and 3235381 to get the gearing you’re wanting. Don’t forget a hd pinion plate retainer. @HardlineUTV can get ya setup with those parts.

So no secondary clutch is needed? I can just get the gear and the reverse shaft and be good to go?
No new clutch needed since your not changing your input shaft. Just the reverse shaft and it’s gear to go with it! That will drop everything roughly 12%. You could use 3235450 3235451 to drop all gears 26%ish if you really want low to be low. If you’re just gonna run 32’s then the 12% will be really good. Anything bigger better drop it 26
