I have a 900 w Carls’ 47% on 30’s, the crawling and creeping is amazing. Plenty of info on gear reduction on the web. If you have a press, you can do it yourself. Lots of shops do them as well. Replace the bearings if you crack it open.I know this old but can't find any answers

What size tire? What elevation? What belt? Stock clutches? How many miles on the machine? Are you keeping your clutches clean? Scotch bright the sheeves during belt changes?What's you experience with ratios. I'm trail riding with a turbo 1000 and low is 2 slow and in high I get belt burn? Thank you for the help
